Keynotes for Agile2008 conference
We are delighted to announce our keynote speakers for Agile2008 conference.
As the author of The Wisdom of Crowds – Why The Many Are Smarter Than The Few And How Collective Wisdom Shapes Business, Economies, Societies And Nations Surowiecki describes systematic ways to organize and aggregate the intelligence available within an organization. Through collective decision-making, he argues that groups are able to arrive at superior decisions – often better than those individuals would make – even if they are “experts.”
Alan Cooper is recognized as “Father of Visual Basic” and the inventor of using personas in Interaction Design. He’s author of About Face 3: The Essentials of User Interface Design and is known for his controversial view and provocative insights about building usable software which make him a compelling keynote speaker.
Robert C. Martin, author of Agile Software Development: Principles, Patterns, and Practices, will be this year’s conference banquet speaker on Agile software development. Martin is know to the agile community as “Uncle Bob” and was first chairman of the Agile Alliance.
